The Delta Purchasing Alliance also previously announced new preferred pricing agreements with national patient translation services provider Language Services Associates (LSA).  This agreement is in effect immediately, with very aggressive rates being offered to DPA members who sign a letter of commitment with LSA before December 31, 2020. I encourage you to take a look at this opportunity—several DPA member health centers have already elected to make the switch to LSA.

Just to clarify, all Delta Purchasing Alliance members who sign a commitment letter by December 31 (this does not mean you need to launch LSA and be implemented by 12/31, just that you’ve signed the letter) will come in at the Tier II rates for both telephone and video translation services. The Tier II rates are listed in the ad included with this article.  Again, please contact Don Daniel to set up a call between your team and LSA to discuss any questions and to demo LSA services.
